PEPCO Ritchie Substation, Capital Heights, MD
Doussou Group staff provided construction management support services including program management, quality control/quality assurance, safety inspection, project close-out and commissioning services on behalf of the PEPCO customer. The project converted an existing 138kV power line to a 230kV power line to increase capacity and improve system reliability. This was done by replacing cables in an existing underground conduit system that is ~11.1 miles between Buzzard Point Substation and the Ritchie Substation.
Russett to Tipton Substation, Fort Meade, MD
Doussou Group provided construction management services for Russett to Tipton 230kV duct bank project by providing the management of skilled labor, equipment, materials, tools and supervision services required to install and complete an underground duct bank system in accordance with specifications, drawings and contract documents.
Engineering Services for Navy Critical Power Program, Naval Radio Transmission Facility, Niscemi, Italy
Doussou Group staff provided program, project management and quality control/quality assurance services on behalf of the Navy Expeditionary Warfare Center customer for military bases CONUS and OCUNUS. Support included providing special studies, coordinating and managing SCADA installations, generator controls upgrades, power generation and substation upgrades.
